Mine was at Mesquite,NV. 15k in a Caravan in “2010″. No one but I wore gloves and it was cold. The pilot kept going until we all realized we were freezing. Second out solo, after a four-way, I looked out to see a complete sky of clouds we had passed through at 12k. Nothing in Nevada looks to be over 12k at this location. Very surreal jump. Until I hit about 13k I wasn’t oriented to anything so I just fell down the tube. At that point I could see through the very thin layer and saw the DZ easily. But for what seemed like minutes I was totally on another world. Best yet so far. More to come.
