This might be the sickest thing you’ve seen all day! Getting permits and permission to do urban stunts — like flying your wingsuit between two office buildings in Rio de Janeiro — is for chumps. Just hire an air trike to take you up to altitude at 5 A.M. and get it done. Jokke Sommer is the f**kin’ MAN! He’s taking “the dream” to the next level, and let’s not forget his partner in crime, Ludovic Woerth. At first, I was like… “wait, they’re not going to…. seriously… WTF… amazing!” Remember, Jokke is the man behind Dream Lines IV.

Dream Lines IV: Incredible Wingsuit Proximity By Jokke Sommer

Dream Lines IV is a film by Jokke Sommer that presents some of the top wingsuit pilots in the world as they fly undiscovered lines in France and Switzerland. Honestly, this is by far the best wingsuit film I’ve ever seen! Period. Well, at least until Dream Lines V comes out. Not only does Jokke fly his wingsuit through some incredibly intense lines with Ludovic Worth, Robert Pecnik and friends, but he also shares his thoughts about the joy he feels from flying. As someone who has built a name for himself over the years and inspired others, Jokke’s not focused on the money. To him, life is more about focusing on having a smile and being able to wake up in the morning to do something he loves. Living the dream in 3, 2, 1… are you ready?

Jokke Sommer and Tom Erik Heimen scout out a new line in Gudvangen, Norway during Extreme Sports Week 2011 — an annual festival more commonly known as “Ekstremsportveko” or “Veko” by the locals. This type of BASE jumping really should be called “wingsuit landscaping” instead of wingsuit proximity flying because I’m pretty sure Jokke clipped a tree or two.
