Whoa snow. Whoa skis. Whoa parachutes. Whoa skis and parachutes flying down the crazy beautiful French/Swiss Alps. Whoa BASE flips and side-by-side and stacked deployments. For me, the non-BASE chick, this looks totally tight, not sure if too tight. Stars of the show are JT Holmes and Tim Dutton in honor of their friend, Benny Brackett. Bottom line: it’s badass footage, definitely worth a watch. ~Mel :)

It’s not every day you get to ski off a 260ft cliff, launch a double backflip, and fly away in a parachute. As Matthias “Super Frenchie” Giraud’s first ski-BASE with JT Holmes (of the Red Bull Air Force), and JT’s first ski-BASE jump since the legendary Shane McConkey‘s tragic accident in 2009, this was a very special “first” for both of them. Red Bull Air Force at Bridge Day 2011

What do you get when you put 180,000 spectators and 400 BASE jumpers on a massive bridge? Bridge Day 2011, and what would Bridge Day be without Othar, Charles, JT and Santa of the Red Bull Air Force entertaining the masses. Also, TandemBASE was available for the first time at Bridge Day 2011 in its 32-year history, which was a big crowd pleaser.
