I’ve never seen CYPRES tubes and the Skydive Expo look this beautiful. And the music makes me think of Zihuatanejo, like in Shawshank Redemption. Friday Freakout: Parachute Catches Fire, Goes BOOM...
Legendary skydive cinematographer Joe Jennings was asked to coordinate a burning parachute stunt for a music video. Normally they soak the parachute in gasoline and build an ignition switch. But the first attempt didn’t work, so they added gun powder and closed off the front cells to prevent the fuel from drying out too quickly.... Watch Video »
