Red Bull gives you balls! Just another day at the office for the guy who invented the MotoX double backflip, madman Travis Pastrana skydives over Arecibo, Puerto Rico without a parachute. It’s like that scene from the movie Point Break where Keanu Reeves skydives without a rig, only this is real. What do you think: coolness or recklessness?

Scott Plamer and Mick are two of my wonderful friends, and I remember when this was happening. I definitely thought Plamer was a INSANE for doing it, but that’s only because I love him and didn’t want to see him go in. I mean, holy shit, jumping WITHOUT a parachute??? Seriously, what if it doesn’t work?? Freakin’ out for my friend, but knowing if anyone could make it happen, these two could… and they did. Rock stars all the way. Hahaha. Check it. ~MelC

Gary Connery’s World Record Wingsuit Landing (Aerial View)

Check out this aerial view of Gary Connery’s world record wingsuit landing. On May 23, 2012, stuntman Gary Connery became the first skydiver in history to land a wingsuit without a parachute, with the help of 18,000 cardboard boxes as his landing strip. The people who helped set up all those boxes were probably a little pissed, considering more than 75% of them weren’t used… but probably not as pissed as Jeb Corliss (kidding, kidding). Congrats Gary!

BREAKING: World’s First Wingsuit Landing Without Parachute

Congrats to stuntman Gary Connery on making aviation history on May 23, 2012 as the first skydiver in the world to land a wingsuit without a parachute. The landing strip consisted of 18,000 cardboard boxes stacked 350ft long, 40ft wide and 12ft deep. Crazy, but way cool. What an amazing “first”… that’s beer Gary!

Insane Skydiver Holds Parachute In Hands

Greg Gasson, the same guy who did the plane-to-plane skydive, takes it up a notch by holding his rig in his hands during freefall. This seems pretty insane to me, but we all have our own reasons for stepping out of the door. Where do you draw the line?
