According to this BASE jumper, he unintentionally pulled low because he got distracted by his own shadow on the ground. As a result, he panicked when reaching for his pilot chute once he realized he was too low. Lesson learned: when you see your own shadow, it&#8217;s time to pull! Pay attention and be safe.
