Most of us wish summer would never end, especially those of us who live through a proper winter with snowshoes, igloos and dogsleds. That is, unless you’re one of those people that swap your rig for a snowboard around this time of year… traitor! Well it looks like Mason Corby kept the party going in 2012 and turned his entire year into a summer vacation, bouncing from dropzone to dropzone, boogie to boogie.

Lots of different stuff in this edit… sweet angle flying, swoops through the trees (and cows), proximity flying with high performance parachutes, and tons more. Can’t beat the sit-fly smiles and atmo a-ha’s. Pretty crazy that a skydiving season can include so much. But it can, and this is a great video to showcase such a cool variety.

Ansar Mohammed got a nice surprise — a premature deployment — while sit flying with Whit Bakers, Andre Stepsky and Joe “The German” at Skydive Sebastian in Florida. He’s lucky he wasn’t head down when this happened, like this scary head down opening. Yet another reminder to check your pilot chute and closing loop before every exit.
