Old School Skydiving Photographer (1963)
I don’t know why he didn’t just use a GoPro ;-) Looking for more old school skydiving photography? Check out this epic big way exit. Photo by Jerry Irwin of Carl Blessing jumping over New Hanover airport in 1963. View Photo »
The Wingsuit Invasion
If you haven’t been to the biggest New Year’s skydiving boogie in Florida, you need to get down to Skydive Sebastian for the Invasion this year. It’s one party you don’t want to miss. This is a shot of Patrick Everson, Richard Parkin and William Onieal on a wingsuit flock at the 2011 Invasion. Photo... View Photo »

Friday Freakout: Skydiver Misses Deadly Collision ...
Holy shit! That was close. Lesson learned: ALWAYS LOOK, even if you separate from the tracking group early and think there are no other skydivers around you (the guy in the gray parachute was in the same group). Just a few more feet to the left and these guys could’ve been another skydiving statistic. Watch Video »
Skydiving Dropkick to the Throat
Writing the title just cracked me up. Although it looks that way, it actually isn’t nearly as dramatic as a foot to the throat; it’s a foot dock by Cristian Vasari from the 2011 Halloween Boogie at the Atmonauti-Center FlyZone-Fermo in Italy. Photo by David Costa. View Photo »

Formation Skydiving: Powerful Women Breaking Recor...
On this same day last year, the Arizona women’s 27-way formation skydiving state record was set during the Holidays Boogie at Skydive Arizona — 32 years after the 20-way formation skydiving record was set back in 1978. Well, it’s that record-breaking time of year again. They’re having another go at it today to beat last... Watch Video »
Old School Skydiving: Don't Try This At Home
This is an old school shot before my time, so I’m not really sure what’s going on here. But it seems like a great way to squeeze in a few more skydivers on a full load. Anyone know more details about this shot? Photo via Jeremy Renkil. View Photo »
Friday Freakout: Wingsuit Flat Spin + Double Malfu...
A little ground rush is fun from time to time, unless you just had a flat spin in your wingsuit followed by a cutaway and reserve pilot chute in tow. A double malfunction can really mess up your day. If you were in this situation, would you have given up on the line twists that... Watch Video »

Hayabusa: The Best Of The Best
Team Hayabusa, one of the best 4-way formation skydiving teams in the world, practicing at Skydive Empuriabrava in Spain. Hayabusa was stronger and faster than ever in 2011; I’m looking forward to following their progress and accomplishments in 2012. Another stunning shot by Danny Jacobs. View Photo »
