I feel like I’m at a tunnel carnival watching this… in my best carnival announcer voice, “Step right up! We got 4-way VFS, we got 4-way dynamic, we got 2-ways, we got carving…” Jump in the door and go! This marathon session from Bodyflyers consists of 25 friends flying a total of 21 hours over 3 days! Watch Mikhail Razomazov’s winning routine in the NeoFreestyle event during the 2012 World Indoor Skydiving Championships at iFly Singapore (watch all of the highlights here). Mikhail combines some of the bigger, faster moves with new, nearly static flying, showing an impressive level of control and creativity in the air. Voss Ventus: Vonderful Vindtunnel Video

Voss Ventus competed and won “The Battle of Bottrop 2012,” which was the first tunnel competition of its kind to focus on the new concept of Dynamic Freefly 4-way. A few days prior to the competition, the team got together at Voss Vind — the vvvind tunnel in Voss, Norway — to work on their routine. Andreas Johannessen was asked to document their sessions, and here is the end result. Congrats on the win and the inspiring video!

Our very own Sydney Owen got married in the tunnel (of course!), and instead of pouring sand into one jar or some other traditional symbol of their love, Sydney and Barry poured two bottles of water together into the wind. Now this is what I call “tunnel vision”… combining Red Bull, Fred Fugen and Vince Reffet (Soul Flyers), Håvard Flaat (Skywalkers) and Julien Guiho (Team4Speed) in a tunnel training session at Skydive Arena in Prague. Tunnel videos usually result in grainy footage and boring angles. But Red Bull can make anything look good! Oh, and I guess the flyers aren’t too shabby either :p

Who says you can’t do awesome shit in small tunnels? The peeps at Skyventure New Hampshire put this old idea to rest in this great huck-jam compilation, that shows fun and fierce flying in all disciplines. There are even kids showing some serious skills in this one! VFS, carving, belly verticals, mixed formations, upright awesomeness, etc. And absolutely gotta love those sky smiles in our indoor sky.
