I am very new to skydiving ,this week doing 11,12 so don’t even have A license. I really don’t have a lot of stress in my life but still on exit and for the skydive there are no other thoughts.It is a form of meditation or maybe extreme concentration. I am all really sick of the adrenalin junkie comments cause that is not the reason.Just that focus is awesome.If my instructor reads this I’m sure he would say”you call that focused”:) haha
